How to Persuade in an Advert
Use ‘WOW!’ words like fantastic, amazing, super
Only say the good things and say how the product will improve someone’s life
Use words and phrases like: if, just, only, everybody knows, everybody has/ wants one,
Use a question to engage your reader
Use word play if you can e.g. rhyme (delay, today) or alliteration (perfect pencil) or a pun (write track)
