  • The development of leadership and management traits is encouraged. Consequently, leaders and managers are seen to practise what they preach.

  • There is a culture of recognition and thanks throughout the school.

  • There is an underlying culture of continuous improvement. 

  • The school makes excellent use of the resources available for learning and development.

  • Learning and development activities are planned, activated and reviewed.

  • There is considerable information, advice and guidance.

  • Cascaded, detailed targets are known by all members of staff.

  • There is a very high level of social responsibility and support to and from the community.

  • Communications are open; managers and members of staff work very hard and willingly give more than minimal requirements.
